Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on delivered items. If, however, your order arrives damaged, faulty, or otherwise not as described, please contact us at lerove.aus@gmail.com with a description of the issue, accompanied by supporting photographs or documentation, and our team will review your case promptly.

Orders may be amended within 5 minutes of placement; however, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Beyond this window, orders are confirmed for processing and can no longer be modified through the website.
